This is an interesting position where you will initially be employed on a contract basis before moving to permanent employment after 13 weeks.
In the role you will be responsible for the organisation of a team typically made of up to 40 people who are carrying out utility meter readings throughout the CM, RN, EN and SG postal code regions in north London.
Your role will be to coordinate visits, monitor performance and motivate the team. The team typically works between 8am and 8pm and you will be ideally contactable between those times.
You will be working from home and meeting the members of the team out on site to exchange information and provide advice on the usage of their hand held data collection equipment (training will be provided).
It is possible that you may also be involved with the recruitment of replacement team members.
